By 2010, Idalia was a top agent at Ford Models in Los Angeles before landing a position at Next Model Management only a few years later. There, she helped launch the careers of well-known supermodels and actors like Erika Linder and Lucky Blue Smith, even booking him in his infamous Tom Ford campaign. With eager excitement, Idalia began to consider how the traditional modeling space would evolve and marry into the digital world.
When she moved to New York City a few years later to run the Talent Division at Next Model Management NYC, she began representing the most influential talent in the business, including Dua Lipa, Chiara Ferragni, Negin Mirsalehi, Julie Sariñana, Shea Marie, Nicky Hilton, Danielle Bernstein, Gala Gonzalez, Larsen Thompson, and Pamela Anderson.
