In her mid-twenties, Idalia was working as an agent at Ford Models in Los Angeles before landing a position at Next Model Management only a few years later. There, she helped launch the careers of well-known supermodels like Erika Linder and Lucky Blue Smith, even booking him in his infamous Tom Ford campaign. With eager excitement, Idalia began to consider how the traditional modeling space would evolve and marry into the digital world.
