PART TWO: Major IG Changes Are Shaking Things Up!

If you didn’t catch Part One (ahem, click here), let me get you up to speed. Instagram is rolling out some MAJOR changes in 2025 and I’m here to ensure that you’re not left behind.

So let’s continue, shall we:

1.Instagram now allows you to combine multiple audio tracks in a single Reel, making it easier than ever to craft unique, engaging content. This feature opens up opportunities for creative storytelling, trend adoption, and personalization.

2.Instagram is phasing out highlight circles from your profile and introducing a dedicated Highlights Tab, similar to the Reels or Tagged Posts tabs. This change makes highlights more accessible and encourages users to explore your profile in greater depth.

3.Depending on where in the world you live, Instagram will soon allow users to schedule DMs for a specific time and date, giving YOU more control over when and how you communicate with your audience.
