Why oh whyyyy is IG changing so much?!
Yeah, I know. Instagram has done it again…. literally changing everything up in 2025… just when we were getting used to their new format.
Here is EVERYTHING you need to know about the changes happening on the ‘gram.
Okay, well at least part one… cause it’s a lot:
If someone sends you a photo via DM, and you screenshot it, the person will be notified that you screenshot it.
Instagram released a new Trial feature for your Reels. What this means is although the Reel won’t show up on your feed and it won’t be shown to your followers. It’ll actually go straight to the For You page so it can be shown to your non-followers. Insta will now analyze how well that Reel is doing, and from there you can decide whether or not you want to post on your feed. If you feel like your IG following has been stagnant, this is an INCREDIBLE way to get new followers.
