72 hr escape

It was inconceivable to me that I had not stepped foot in New York City in over a year. The city I used to live in. The city I still travel to at least twice a year for work and leisure. I’m sure we can all agree that 2020 was a complete blur. A “where did time go?” kind of year.

Since I’ve been back in Miami for the past two months, and now having my husband in town to help with me with family matters, I couldn’t think of a better weekend escape than to the Empire State.

I actually met Dani in New York five years ago, and since then he hadn’t returned. So for the next 72 hours, I showed him what my life was like prior to meeting him. My favorite restaurants and hubs. My favorite museum. My favorite neighborhood…
